Job Description:

Monarch Inventory Services is hiring for the full-time (30 hours/week) position of Inventory Team Lead. This position prefers prior experience as an inventory auditor, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position will require a high level of dependability and availability, as well as the ability and desire to travel (including flying or driving) around the United States. You will mostly be working independently or leading small teams of 2-4 people to perform inventory audits. You will be trained as the subject matter expert for conducting inventories at long-term health facilities, schools, and small retail stores. This position pays between $13-15/hour depending on experience.


- Planning and preparation for the audits

- Travel to a wide variety of locations across the United States

- Ability to confidently lead teams of 2-4 auditors and work well independently 

- Conduct accurate, efficient inventories 

Job Requirements:

- Positive attitude

- Willingness to learn new things

- Willingness to climb ladders and walk on roofs to access rooftop items

- Friendly, confident personality

- Reliable transportation

- Valid driver's license

- Credit card in your name (for traveling purposes)

- Competency with quickly learning new technology

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

- Prior experience in a training/managerial/lead position (preferably related to the inventory industry)

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift 

- Consistently be available for assignments at end of accounting cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end)
